Ian created the Pridea brand over a decade ago starting with his own portfolio of owner/managed properties.

Hard work, commitment and a genuine understanding of client requirements has ensured continued growth and success within the business development.

Ian now spends most of his time working away from the office, utilising his knowledge and experience, sourcing, acquiring and developing new sites for investors and landlords but still providing hands on support to the Pridea team.

Sarah FosterSales Manager & HR Specialist

Sarah is a key member of the Pridea team, serving as our Sales Manager while also managing all HR responsibilities within the company. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, including a background in lettings, Sarah brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. As a local to Lincoln, she has a deep understanding of the area, which she applies in her daily work, particularly when dealing with investors. Sarah is known for her warm and welcoming personality and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Her dedication and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Jacek Musialik CeMAP Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Jacek is a knowledgeable and dedicated Mortgage Advisor at Pridea Sales & Lettings, with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. With a passion for helping clients secure the best possible mortgage deals, Jacek offers expert advice tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to remortgage, or seeking advice on buy-to-let mortgages, Jacek provides clear and professional guidance through every step of the process.

Marta MatlakAccounts Administrator

Marta has worked alongside Ian since 2011 helping to build the business to its current success, having worked in all aspects of the business she provides consistency and support to the rest of the team.

Always happy to help clients she deals with clients on an individual basis offering accounts support and services to suit individual requirements.

Oliwia Borejszo-Wysocka

As a dedicated apprentice at Pridea, Oliwia is currently working towards her Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship.

She is fully immersed in the learning process, gaining valuable experience while conducting property viewings and providing support to both our current and prospective tenants. Oliwia’s hands-on approach and eagerness to learn make her a key part of the team.

Paula WoodLettings Manager

Paula is a friendly and organised Lettings Manager who enjoys supporting people and bringing out the best in her small team. She makes the lettings process smooth and stress-free for both landlords and tenants, keeping communication clear and upbeat. With a hands-on approach and a focus on great service, she helps her team deliver a warm, positive experience from the first viewing to move-in.

Rubie Beamont Apprentice Lettings Manager

Ruby is in her first year of her Property and Housing Management apprenticeship, building strong foundations in the industry while supporting both tenants and landlords. She is gaining hands-on experience through property viewings, handling incoming enquiries, and maintaining clear communication with landlords. Ruby brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right home. Her growing knowledge and commitment make her a valued part of the team.

Zuzanna PawlusSocial Media and Marketing Assistant

Zuzanna manages our social media presence and brings our brand to life through thoughtful, engaging marketing content. From planning and creating posts to supporting broader marketing projects, she helps ensure our messaging is consistent, creative, and impactful.
