Hard work, commitment and a genuine understanding of client requirements has ensured continued growth and success within the business development.

Ian now spends most of his time working away from the office, utilising his knowledge and experience, sourcing, acquiring and developing new sites for investors and landlords but still providing hands on support to the Pridea team.

Karen Behagg

Karen has been with Pridea from the very beginning providing support across all departments of the business along with creating the successful brand that we are proud of today.

A key member of the Pridea Team, always smiling and happy to offer a helping hand Karen continues to be successful in maintaining client relationships and continued success of the team.

Karen spends her time these days on the everyday business needs and accounts, but always manages to support the Sales and Lettings staff whenever it is required.

Clair Foster

Clair has only recently joined the Pridea team but brings with her valuable experience within all areas of Sales and Lettings. With a successful career spanning well over a decade, Clair is not only time served, experienced and knowledgeable she also likes to think outside the box.

Having developed and implemented internal training modules, processes and procedures she is helping to re-define our services that embraces new legislation and requirements surrounding the property industry in both, Sales & Lettings.

With a genuine passion for all things property and the ability to rise to any challenge, Clair provides knowledge, experience and support to all our clients and the Pridea team.

Kamila Kunkiel

Kamila Kunkiel Lettings Negotiator

Kamila has only recently joined the Pridea Team after working for over 6 years in the corporate world of lettings. Originally from Poland, she moved to Lincoln in 2004 and started her career within the Recruitment Industry, in 2014 she made the jump to the lettings industry and has never looked back.

As a negotiator Kamila works tirelessly to provide support to all prospective tenants looking to secure their perfect property, nothing is too much trouble for Kamila and her customer service standards are the key to her continued success.

Liz Burgin

Liz BurginSales Valuer

Liz is a familiar face in both, Lincoln and Gainsborough having been in the Property Industry for over 40 years. She has brought with her a vast amount of experience in all aspects of property sales and lettings, starting her career in the family run agency whilst still at school and this is where she developed a love for property while learning valuable communication and customer service skills the old-fashioned way. Liz continues to develop her skills keeping up to date with the market trends and everchanging legislation along with embracing the technology and modern methods of selling to ensure she can provide each client a bespoke service.

While the Industry may have changed, Liz’s principles remain the same, ‘Customer care is vital to be successful in business.’

Imogen Smith

Imogen SmithLettings Manager

Imogen has been with the Pridea Team since August 2020, and holds a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. Starting her working life within a Customer Services setting, Imogen strives to achieve an exceptional service to all clients. Originally employed as our Lettings Administrator, Imogen has built excellent relationships with our tenants and landlords over her time with the business and as such has now taken on the role of Senior Property Consultant. Having vast experience of all Industry key roles over the past five years, Imogen provides support to the Property Consultants and Lettings Manager whilst being the dedicated point of contact for her portion of our Lettings portfolio. Customer satisfaction is Imogen’s number one priority, and she holds a real passion for providing a top-class service.

Marta has worked alongside Ian for the last 6 years helping to build the business to its current success, having worked in all aspects of the business she provides consistency and support to the rest of the team.

Always happy to help clients she deals with clients on an individual basis offering accounts support and services to suit individual requirements.

Heidi Bray

Heidi joined the team in early 2022. She has gained valuable customer facing experience from working in the travel industry and as a carer in the mental health sector. The opportunity to develop her skills in a new role is what Heidi is enjoying most, as well as learning everything there is to know within the field.

Passionate about customer service, she takes pride in ensuring everyone she meets has an effortless experience using her effective communication skills and adapting to their individual needs.

Laura Cook

Laura has recently joined the team but comes with a wealth of experience from her 14 years in the hospitality business. She prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service, especially when it comes to meeting and assisting new tenants through their lettings journey, from initial viewings to the moving in. Laura is always on hand to deal with any issues that arise in the properties, working hard to settle any problems promptly with her problem-solving abilities.

Clare has recently joined the team after spending 14 years working in retail and management. Her experience is in customer service as well as HR and administration. Working behind the scenes, she is focused on supporting and motivating the team and helping everyone to succeed by applying her knowledge of performance management and employee relations.

Adrian Cekala

Adrian CekalaSocial Media and Marketing Co-ordinator

Adrian recently joined team, wanting to challenge himself in the real estate sector. After completing a Marketing and Advertising degree at the University of Lincoln in 2019, he kicked off his marketing career working for a company in the retail industry. Gaining valuable experience, Adrian decided to join the Pridea team to help develop the brand and expand Pridea’s online footprint through digital and social media, and direct marketing.
