Ian created the Pridea brand over a decade ago starting with his own portfolio of owner/managed properties.

Hard work, commitment and a genuine understanding of client requirements has ensured continued growth and success within the business development.

Ian now spends most of his time working away from the office, utilising his knowledge and experience, sourcing, acquiring and developing new sites for investors and landlords but still providing hands on support to the Pridea team.

Karen Behagg

Karen has been with Pridea from the very beginning providing support across all departments of the business along with creating the successful brand that we are proud of today.

A key member of the Pridea Team, always smiling and happy to offer a helping hand Karen continues to be successful in maintaining client relationships and continued success of the team.

Karen spends her time these days on the everyday business needs and accounts, but always manages to support the Sales and Lettings staff whenever it is required.

Clair Foster

Clair has only recently joined the Pridea team but brings with her valuable experience within all areas of Sales and Lettings. With a successful career spanning well over a decade, Clair is not only time served, experienced and knowledgeable she also likes to think outside the box.

Having developed and implemented internal training modules, processes and procedures she is helping to re-define our services that embraces new legislation and requirements surrounding the property industry in both, Sales & Lettings.

With a genuine passion for all things property and the ability to rise to any challenge, Clair provides knowledge, experience and support to all our clients and the Pridea team.

Joseph Phipps

Joseph is our HR Manager. Joseph has joined the team to keep us up to date with employment legislation, to ensure that our employees have a person to talk to regarding their personal and mental wellbeing, and to manage all aspects of health and safety at work. Outside of work, Joseph loves to get outdoors, be it running, cycling or simply going for a walk.

Bradley Hollis

Bradley HollisLettings Negotiator

Having worked within the Lettings industry for over 5 years, Bradley began his career within the Student Lettings sector. Here, he gained valuable experience and knowledge of the legislation and requirements of renting properties with HMO status and Article 4 licencing, he has since worked with agents dealing with both student and residential lettings.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Bradley assists both tenants and landlords with the lettings process; from move-in to move-out and everything in between.

Kamila Kunkiel

Kamila has only recently joined the Pridea Team after working for over 6 years in the corporate world of lettings. Originally from Poland, she moved to Lincoln in 2004 and started her career within the Recruitment Industry, in 2014 she made the jump to the lettings industry and has never looked back.

As a negotiator Kamila works tirelessly to provide support to all prospective tenants looking to secure their perfect property, nothing is too much trouble for Kamila and her customer service standards are the key to her continued success.

Regan Musson

Having a progressive background in both the sales and lettings market. Regan uses his in-depth knowledge in today’s dynamic market in order to factor in the most important details when listing an asset as important as someone’s property. Regan prides himself on giving exemplary service to all clients and constantly studies the ever-changing property market to ensure he is offering modern and effective methods of sale in or to offer clients a bespoke marketing strategy that will cater to individual vendor’s requirements.

Regan has a wealth of local knowledge, having lived in Lincoln for over 20 years and further knowledge in Retford, Gainsborough and surrounding villages. Regan works closely with investors and homeowners alike in order to advise and explore all avenues in order to get the most out of their property.

Imogen Beckett

Imogen has only recently joined the Pridea Team but brings with her a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. Starting her career within a Customer Services setting Imogen strives to achieve an exceptional service to all clients. Having vast experience of all Industry key roles Imogen provides administrative support to both our Sales and Lettings teams, often the first point of contact for our clients Imogen is happy to help and always with a smile.

Marta has worked alongside Ian for the last 6 years helping to build the business to its current success, having worked in all aspects of the business she provides consistency and support to the rest of the team.

Always happy to help clients she deals with clients on an individual basis offering accounts support and services to suit individual requirements.

Rachael Brigham

Rachael joined the Pridea team in July 2019 and has progressed through the company to her current role.

As a landlady herself, Rachael fully understands the importance of having the right management services and provides the first point of contact for any tenants who require immediate attention when reporting faults.

Rachael exceeds expectations when providing customer service and always tries to go above and beyond when duty calls.

Scott Tuplin

Scott joined the company in 2019 to complete all Property Inspections, Inventories and Check-out Inspections. Scott brought with him background and experience in quality control, he has a keen eye for detail and provides clients with in-depth, up to date insights on how tenancies are being conducted and constantly offers communication to support all Landlords and Tenants during their time with Pridea.

Nothing is too much trouble for Scott, always happy to help and offers consistent support for the team.
