Ian BehaggManaging Director

Ian is mainly involved in researching new residential and commercial property investment opportunities, which are purchased by either the company’s sister business or third-party landlords. These investments are then passed to Paula and her lettings team to be professionally managed.

Ian is also in the office daily, where he offers support and advice to staff across both the lettings and sales departments.

With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Ian takes great satisfaction in sharing his knowledge and expertise with colleagues at Pridea, with the aim of helping them build successful careers in the sector.

Sarah FosterSales Manager & HR Specialist

Sarah is a key member of the Pridea team, serving as our Sales Manager while also managing all HR responsibilities within the company. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, including a background in lettings, Sarah brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. As a local to Lincoln, she has a deep understanding of the area, which she applies in her daily work, particularly when dealing with investors. Sarah is known for her warm and welcoming personality and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Her dedication and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Jacek Musialik CeMAP Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Jacek is a knowledgeable and dedicated Mortgage Advisor at Pridea Sales & Lettings, with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. With a passion for helping clients secure the best possible mortgage deals, Jacek offers expert advice tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to remortgage, or seeking advice on buy-to-let mortgages, Jacek provides clear and professional guidance through every step of the process.

Marta MatlakAccounts Administrator

Marta has worked alongside Ian since 2011 and has been a big part of helping the business grow to where it is today. Having worked across different areas of the business over the years, she has a great understanding of both the team and the clients we support.

As Accounts Administrator, Marta helps clients with day-to-day accounts and admin support, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Friendly and approachable, Marta is always happy to help clients and provide support tailored to their individual needs.

Mustafa SyedAccounts Assistant

Mustafa Syed is an Accounts Assistant who supports the smooth running of the company’s financial operations. He is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with a range of accounting tasks. A hardworking and dedicated individual, Mustafa takes pride in his work and consistently ensures tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. He works closely with colleagues and clients, providing reliable support and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Oliwia Borejszo-WysockaLettings Negotiator

Oliwia has successfully completed her Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship and continues to be a valued member of the Pridea Team. Since completing her qualification, she continues to bring her knowledge and experience to the role, conducting property viewings and providing support to both our current and prospective tenants. Her dedication, hands- on approach and commitment delivering excellent service make her an important part of the team.

Paula WoodLettings Manager

Paula is a friendly and organised Lettings Manager who enjoys supporting people and bringing out the best in her small team. She makes the lettings process smooth and stress-free for both landlords and tenants, keeping communication clear and upbeat. With a hands-on approach and a focus on great service, she helps her team deliver a warm, positive experience from the first viewing to move-in.

Rubie Beaumont Lettings Negotiator

Rubie continues to develop her skills and knowledge in Property and Housing Management as a valued member of the Pridea Team. She supports both tenants and landlords, gaining hands- on experience through property viewings, handling incoming enquiries and maintaining clear communication with landlords. Rubie's positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine passion for helping people find the right home and make her a valued part of the team.

Lanie FosterApprentice Lettings Negotiator

Lanie is beginning her Level 3 Property and Housing Management Apprenticeship at Pridea, developing her knowledge and skills while gaining valuable experience within the industry. As she starts her journey, Lanie is building a strong foundation in property management, supporting both tenants and landlords while gaining hands- on experience with property viewings, handling enquiries and assisting with day-to-day operations. Her enthusiasm, positive attitude and eagerness to learn make her a welcome addition to the Pridea team.

Julia Borejszo-Wysocka Social Media and Marketing Assistant

Julia manages our social media presence, bringing our brand to life through thoughtful, engaging content. She plans and creates posts that support broader marketing projects, updates window displays, and designs a range of marketing materials.
